S3P2Rint training for everyday and beyond! Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) require us to sit-stand-step-push-pull-rotate-and integrate. We’ll use weights, bands, our bodies (and more!) to make ourselves gym and every day strong! Each session offers a total body challenge that stands alone and that you can track over time to watch your strength and skills grow. Learn the how’s and why’s THESE specific exercises will make you fitter and stronger.
