Join us for some fresh air and friendly conversation during the FREE weekly INVIVO Wellness Walking Club.
Meet new friends and enjoy some healthy walking!
Walks will be led by INVIVO Members and Staff. Each week, we’ll walk approximately 2 – 3 miles. Some weeks we’ll walk along the Milwaukee River, other weeks we’ll walk to various landmarks in the nearby area. We’ll return to INVIVO each time. Food and beverage stops are possible, too!
This group is free of judgment. So no matter who you are, where you’re from, or how fast or how far you walk, you are always welcome.
WHEN: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm (for about an hour)
WHERE: Meet outside at the INVIVO Parking Garage at 5:45 pm at Humboldt Ave. and Riverboat Road.
Routes change each week. In case of rain or inclement weather, we will cancel at 5 pm that day.
Restrooms are available at INVIVO Wellness.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a FULL water bottle. Bring a Friend, too!
We are practicing social distancing. If you prefer to wear a mask as well, please do so.
Dress in layers and comfortable walking shoes. As the weather gets nicer, sunscreen or insect repellent may be needed.
Pre-registration is preferred so we know if you are joining us. Complete a waiver form on your first walk.
