Leah Mott’s approach starts with a completing a consultation request form. This form helps prospective patients/clients and providers connect more efficiently and explore whether the requested relationship will be a good fit. As provider skill sets, availability, and financial policies vary, this form helps ensure you find the right provider for your needs.

If you are or believe you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, including suicidal or homicidal thinking, side effects to medication, or any other urgent or time-sensitive matter in which you need an immediate response, do not use this service. My work with Leah so quickly turned things around for me for the better. I can’t express my gratitude enough.

My ability to get basic necessities done has drastically improved, my mood swings have lessened, my relationships don’t involve explosions from overstimulation, my weight has stabilized, and I bought myself enough time to be able to consider thoughts before just reacting to events around me. I’m still me, but life is manageable now and I can’t thank Lake Effect Wellness enough.

Leah really heard my concerns, the things I was struggling with on a daily basis. I finally at the age of 30 got a diagnosis for something I’ve been struggling with my entire life but could not mask behind anymore, which was a massive relief.

Leah did not just write me a prescription but she discussed all of my options first, and based on my concerns what would be the best route. I have had concerns ignored by so many doctors but she considered my well being every step of the way and followed up with each important concern on every session.
