      We will contact you to learn more about your goals, needs, and training options. You will be matched with one of our certified Personal Trainers.

      Fill out Paperwork.
      Before your Assessment, your Personal Trainer will send you some forms about your health and exercise experience. Having a preexisting condition or injury is not a problem. We often work with clients who have medical conditions, past injuries, and joint or back pain. Your Personal Trainer may need more insight from your doctor(s) to ensure your fitness program is safe and effective. During your assessment, you’ll review the answers you provided on the forms, so fill out the forms and get them back to the trainer. All information provided is kept confidential. 

      Schedule your sessions.
      We will work with you to schedule Personal Training sessions to meet your goals and needs. Our Personal Trainers will ensure your workouts are effective and challenging.

      Practice makes progress.
      Your exercise program will include movement and education. During fitness training sessions, your Personal Trainer will teach you exercises and watch how you move. They’re looking for muscular imbalances, proper form, and good posture.
       Your Trainer will ask for your feedback to ensure the exercise is effective for you. Be sure to ask questions too!

      We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
      This allows us time to rebook the appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $35. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee or use of a package visit.

      Individual Exercise Coaching Rates

      Individual coaching plans and schedules are always determined between you and your coach. Changing habits and achieving goals and outcomes take time, so your coach will work with you to create monthly programs over the course of time you need.

      Exercise coaching rates are provided as single-session, base rates for 45-minute and 60-minute session lengths by coaching tier. Customization of exercise coaching session duration and frequency is a part of every coaching program.

      Coaching tier is based on the particular combination of education, experience and expertise of each coach INVIVO Wellness brings to the team. EVERY coach is a NCCA-recognizing nationally certified fitness professional and brings extensive experience and areas of expertise.

            A new student to his fitness classes can expect body weight exercises and the incorporation of functional fitness equipment – kettlebells, steel mace, battle ropes, and TRX Suspension Trainer.

            A new personal training client can expect a detailed fitness assessment with a comprehensive explanation of the findings. I will create a road map to fulfill their needs and goals. Clients will also be challenged to safely step out of their comfort zone.

            He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution Management. He received his Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Personal Training Institute of Florida. He is also certified in Animal Flow, Kettlebells, Osteoblast (bone health training), TRX qualified, and CPR/AED.

            What does a personal trainer do? Are your trainers certified?

            A Personal Trainer’s main job is to create a safe and effective exercise program just for you. Your program should be unique to you and your fitness goals. 

            Your Personal Trainer will keep track of your body composition and fitness measures. Data is collected as part of the periodic fitness assessments. This information may help predict disease risk and rate overall health.

            During fitness training sessions, your Personal Trainer will watch how you move. They’re looking for muscular imbalances, proper form, and good posture. Your exercise program will include movement and education. 

            INVIVO Personal Trainers are certified. Obtaining a personal training certification ensures the professional is educated in the fundamentals of movement, exercise science, fitness assessments, program design, nutrition best practices, and coaching. Our trainers are also CPR/AED certified.

            What types of techniques are used?

            Based on your goals, health history, assessments, and current level of conditioning, your Personal Trainer will implement a fitness program.

            Personal Training sessions may include:

            • Aerobic exercise (cardio conditioning)
            • Posture and movement pattern training
            • Exercise skill-building basics
            • Balance work
            • Core training
            • Resistance training (strength)
            • Mobility (range of motion)
            • Flexibility (stretching)
            • Self-myofascial release (foam rolling)
            • Skill-related parameters (power, agility, coordination, speed, and reactivity)
            • Performance or sport-specific training

            Equipment used will vary based on your assessments and your goals. Our trainers implement a variety of equipment and methods:

            • Cardio Training: elliptical machines, treadmills, bicycles, bodyweight movements, HIIT / Tabata, Steady State training, Intervals
            • Strength Training: bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable resistance machines, resistance bands, isometrics, plyometrics
            • Functional Fitness Training: TRX suspension trainers, battle ropes, medicine balls, BOSU, Jump Ropes, Hula Hoops, Gliding Discs, exercise balls, and more.
            • Recovery Training: Roam Rollers, therapy balls, yoga straps, stretching, and assisted stretching
            What should I expect during my personal training appointment?

            Consultation Appointment

            Getting to know you better
            Your Personal Trainer will talk with you about your current lifestyle – your work life, current fitness routine, hobbies, nutritional habits, sleep quality, daily activities and stress levels. 

            Discussing your goals
            Your Personal Trainer will meet with you to talk about your goals and barriers. Why now? What do you hope to achieve and why? Share your short- and long-term goals. 

            Opening up will help your Personal Trainer develop realistic and measurable goals and understand how best to provide you with accountability and support.

            Conducting Assessments
            Your Personal Trainer will select assessments to help understand your current fitness level.

            These may include:

            • Posture
            • Functional Fitness Assessment
            • Range of motion and flexibility
            • Muscular strength and endurance
            • Cardiovascular health (step test or treadmill)
            • Weight and height / Body composition measurements (baseline measurements to monitor progress)
            • Blood pressure

            The Personal Trainer will review your current fitness level and what it means to your health. Suggestions for short and long-term goals for cardio, strength training, movement, etc.

            Creating a Plan

            From all of the questionnaires and assessment information collected, the Personal Trainer will design a custom fitness plan or program for you that incorporates skill-building, strength training, cardio training, nutritional guidance, and regular assessments.

            Personal Training Sessions
            Come prepared to work out. Be ready and enthusiastic to learn and perform new movements and exercises.

            How to prepare for the first session?

            • Schedule the session
            • Wear comfortable gym-suitable clothes. 
            • Avoid eating prior to your workout. Have a light snack an hour before the session.
            • Bring water so you can re-hydrate during the workout.
            • Be prepared to discuss your injury history
            • Arrive early! 
            • Enjoy the experience.


            At every session, the Personal Trainer will give you clear, concise instructions on how to perform each exercise ensuring that you maintain proper balance, form, and posture. The Personal Trainer will ask you for feedback about how and where you should be feeling the exercise. And know that you can ASK questions.

            Homework
            If a client is willing to practice at home, we’ll give them a small homework assignment that builds on what they’ve done in the session. 

            What should I wear to my Personal Training appointments/sessions?

            You should wear gym-suitable clothes that are comfortable to perform a variety of movements. Be sure to wear good shoes with comfortable socks.

            How can I schedule an appointment?
