Fill out Paperwork.
Before your Assessment, your Personal Trainer will send you some forms about your health and exercise experience. Having a preexisting condition or injury is not a problem. We often work with clients who have medical conditions, past injuries, and joint or back pain. Your Personal Trainer may need more insight from your doctor(s) to ensure your fitness program is safe and effective. During your assessment, you’ll review the answers you provided on the forms, so fill out the forms and get them back to the trainer. All information provided is kept confidential.
Book a 1-hour Assessment.
Your Personal Trainer will take body composition and fitness activity measurements. Data is collected as part of the periodic fitness assessments. These tests include blood pressure, body measurements, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. These baseline measurements enable you and your Trainer to monitor your progress. From this Assessment, your INVIVO Personal Trainer will create a safe and effective exercise program designed uniquely for you.
Book a 1-hour Body Composition Analysis. (Optional / Standalone Service)
We recommend conducting a Body Composition Analysis at the start of any weight loss, weight gain, or targeted personal training program. Your Personal Trainer will take body composition measurements. These include height, weight, skinfold measurements (with calipers), blood pressure, and body measurements. This information may help predict disease risk and rate overall health.
Book a 1-hour Functional Movement Screen. (Optional / Standalone Service)
We recommend conducting a Functional Movement Screen at the start of a personal training program. This in-depth movement screening tool is used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns to identify limitations and asymmetries. Movement screens include squat, hurdle step, lunge, shoulder mobility, straight leg raise, push-up, and rotary stability. Booked only with Robert McDonial.
Schedule your sessions.
We will work with you to schedule Personal Training sessions to meet your goals and needs. Our Personal Trainers will ensure your workouts are effective and challenging.
Practice makes progress.
Your exercise program will include movement and education. During fitness training sessions, your Personal Trainer will teach you exercises and watch how you move. They’re looking for muscular imbalances, proper form, and good posture. Your Trainer will ask for your feedback to ensure the exercise is effective for you. Be sure to ask questions too!
If you have questions regarding our personal training program, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
