Every business needs rules and regulations to help promote functionality and consistency. In order to make your wellness experience as carefree as possible, we have put these policies in place. By using our services, you agree to these policies.

Please note Leah Mott (Lake Effect Wellness) are independent businesses located inside the INVIVO Wellness facility. Each business has its own business policies.

Policies are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the INVIVO Wellness management.


CANCELLATION POLICY – Updated March 23, 2022

It is our goal to provide excellent care to each individual in a timely manner. INVIVO Wellness monitors and manages appointments, early cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows. Advanced notification of missed appointments allows INVIVO Wellness to better utilize appointments for other patients and customers in need of prompt care. If for any reason INVIVO needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. We acknowledge that you may have special situations or emergencies that are unavoidable (family, work, health). Understanding that these events are a part of life, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

“Early Cancel” shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24-hours before their scheduled appointment or 60 minutes prior to a yoga/fitness class.

“Late Arrival” shall mean any patient or customer who arrives at the facility 15 minutes after their expected arrival time for the appointment.

“No Show” shall mean any patient or customer who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment or yoga/fitness class.

Early Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients and customers are required to call or leave a message at least 24-hours prior to their appointment time. No fees will be charged.

Late Cancellation

Scheduled appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $35 fee.

Failure to early cancel any Classes at least 60 minutes prior to showing up for class will result in a $10 Late Cancelation Fee.

No Show

For Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Personal Training, and Chiropractic Services: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment fee. A credit card must be on file to reserve all appointments.

For all Classes: Failure to show up for your reserved class spot will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled class price or the use of a package visit.

FACILITY HOURS POLICY

Facility hours are subject to change without notice. The management reserves the right to close INVIVO Wellness from time to time to facilitate programs and on certain holidays.


RESERVATIONS POLICY

Reservations may be made up to six months in advance. As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments via text or email. Be sure to update your preferences with our Front Desk Associates. You are always welcome to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.


PRICES POLICY

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the best wellness experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and pricing menus updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


GRATUITY POLICY

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the massage therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.


SERVICES AND SCHEDULING POLICY

All services are subject to change without notice.  The INVIVO Class Schedule is subject to change.


REFUND POLICY

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final.  Membership fees are non-refundable or transferrable. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages, or service series. Unused services may be converted into Gift Cards credits.


TARDINESS POLICY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session but may receive an abbreviated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.


GIFT CARD POLICY

INVIVO Wellness Gift Cards may be purchased on-site or online. To use your INVIVO Gift Card, present at INVIVO Wellness at the time of purchase.

INVIVO Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced cards, or cards used without your permission. INVIVO Gift cards are redeemable only at INVIVO Wellness for massage, yoga classes, fitness classes, memberships, and personal training. INVIVO Gift Cards are final. INVIVO Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. INVIVO Gift Cards Sale bonus value cannot be redeemed for cash. INVIVO Gift Cards do not expire, nor does INVIVO Wellness charge fees associated with gift cards. Use of INVIVO Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
