Q. How long have you been a yoga teacher?
A. I have been teaching yoga for more than 25 years.
Q. What areas do you specialize in?
A. People living with Neurological conditions, Improving body mechanics, Trauma, and Stress reduction.
Q. What recent industry trends have you found noteworthy?
The growing field of yoga therapy and how it strives to bridge yoga with Physical therapy or a clinical setting.
Q. What are your current wellness goals and how are you addressing them?
A. Getting in better shape and weight training. I work out three mornings a week.
Q. What is your favorite beautiful spot in Milwaukee?
A. he Basilica of St. Josephat. I am spiritual but even though I am not a Catholic, I find I am at peace when I visit and awe-struck by what people here have created together.
Q. What is your favorite place to eat in Milwaukee?
A. This is the toughest question there are so many, Mexic 103 is amazing Mexican food in Cudahy, and Cafe Lulu in Bayview to name a couple of my favorites.
Q. What are your top three favorite things to do/hobbies?
A. Kayaking, Camping, Cross Country and Downhill Skiing. I know that’s really 4 but I love to stay active.
Q. What do you do to de-stress?
A. I practice yoga, meditate and get a monthly massage. A good night sleep makes all the difference!
